All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday or on ANY major holiday will be processed the next business day. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground or through the US Postal Service. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will not be charged until your order is ready to ship - except for orders paid through PayPal.com. Payments made through PayPal.com will be charged immediately. Rockridge 4wd has no control over this.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 5 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 5 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 5 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

After you have sent an RGA request a customer service representative will be in contact with you shortly with your RGA #.
