Our new LED Tail Light Conversion KIT allows you to remove your OEM tail light assemblies , cut the OEM mounts off, drill 6 holes & bolt on the new adapter plates with stainless steel button head hardware. All this is accomplished for a fraction of the cost of other full systems that are currently on the market. The kit features (2) 16 gauge ALUMINUM adapter plates that are precision LASER cut & CNC formed, (12) stainless steel button head bolts with Nyloc nuts, (2) DOT approved 4" round flush mount LED Lights, (2) rubber grommets, (2) pig tails & (2) ULTRA bright white 7/8" diameter backup lights that feature over 140 Lumens each! This kit fits all Jeep Wrangler JK's 2007-2018 2 & 4 Door.

LOAD RESISTORS
After installing LED lights into a Jeep JK (Along with many other vehicles) you will notice that your turn signal and the dash indicator lights blink much faster than normal. This is due to the incredibly low load that the LED Lamps draw. The computer assumes that you have a burnt out light and warns you through the increased blinker speed. The fix for this issue is rather easy. You simply install a load resistor inline. One wire gets spliced into the lead for the turn signal and the other wire gets spliced into the ground. Thats all she takes!

Product looked nice in the box and the packaging was great until I started the install. the wiring diagram didn't go along with the jeep wiring,and the biggest problem i had was the actual lights fitting into the rubber grommets after installed. The lights still do not fit after lubricating and trying everything we could think of. I'm still stuck on how i'm going to get the lights to fit properly. The quality of the lights do seem to be pretty good. I don't know yet if the lights were worth the body cutting and difficult instillation.
