Everyone sells a radius rod kit that eliminates the OEM rod. Most kits are made using 1" aluminum tubing and 1/2" heim joints which is a weaker design and allows for the threads to be damaged more easily or the heims to bend when they shouldn't. RT Pro's SHD Radius Rods are made from 1.25" x .095" DOM material and use chromoly, TIG welded inserts for the ultimate in strength and durability. RT Pro also uses massive 5/8" fully adjustable heim joints on both ends and precision machined spacers for the tightest, longest lasting kit on the market. The OEM chassis holes for the inner mounting points are far too large for the OEM 10mm hardware. RT Pro provides new 7/16" grade 8 hardware with this kit which requires light drilling in your frame but makes for a MUCH stronger and long lasting assembly.

Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by our talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install in 1 hour. This kit is made from 100% American materials, CNC machined and fixture welded for absolute precision every time. NOTE: This kit comes with new 7/16" grade 8 hardware for the inner pivot points and requires the inner holes to be drilled out slightly to fit the larger hardware.

The RT Pro Maverick SHD Radius Rods fit all year and model Maverick's including the Max 4 seat models, XXC, XMR and XRS. This kit does NOT fit the 2017+ Maverick X3. They come powdercoated black with all the necessary hardware for installation.
