If you find a lower price for the same product on any competitor’s advertisement or a current website we will do our absolute best to match* that price. This allows you to shop with flexibility knowing that you’re always getting our lowest prices.

If you find a lower price on ROCKRIDGE 4WD’s website, either at the time of your purchase or within 90 days of your purchase, we will credit you 100% of the difference to your account with ROCKRIDGE 4WD. These funds will only be available for future purchases made at ROCKRIDGE 4WD, in store or on the ROCKRIDGE 4WD website. There will be no cash/credit/debit or PayPal refunds. Please note that ROCKRIDGE 4WD advertises on eBay & Internet exclusive offers are not eligible for price match.

*Our BEST PRICE GUARANTEE applies only to advertised prices on the internet by authorized distributors of like product(s). These product(s) cannot be clearance items, refurbished or overstock. The price match is only valid on the actual product including any surcharges or over size fees’. It does not include any shipping promotions, items that are not in stock or special pricing discounts offered by any authorized distributor. The difference in the “shipped to your door” price will be in the form of an account credit and a credit memo will be sent to you via e-mail with your current account balance.

What is considered "verifiable proof" of price?

The most effective way to provide verifiable proof of price is to supply ROCKRIDGE 4WD with a link/URL to the competitor's current ad or website. Alternatively, if the competitor has provided you with a formal written quote, please attach it with your submission. The link or ad must show the price of the item you are requesting us to match and the dates for which the price is valid.
